Chris ,Frank and his crew ROCK. I told my mother laws car 2000 Saturn for check engine light. This car threw them for curve, but Chris would not give up. They had it awhile but the problem got worked out passed smog got registered. All before tags were do. Very up front on price and keep me in loop with progress. Shop is super clean which for me is a huge plus that tells me they care in all aspects from safety to to appearance and most important taking care of customers cars the same as they present themselves. I was greeted by a very nice girl who took very good care of me as I was upset about what was wrong with my car. Then I was approached by the owner I think who assured me everything was going to be ok, they were going to take excellent care of me and my car. They gave me a ride home, called me as soon as they knew exactly what was wrong. My car was done the by the end of the night and has been running great ever since. I will definitely go back for all my car repairs as well as refer all my friends. Thank you for your help and understanding. Five stars, two thumbs up and any other top rating!!

Wow. Phenom. While waiting for the tow truck and a jump, called around for pricing. Called Patrick, who had the car battery AND said let let me know if you need us to come around jump the battery. I called Geico's contracted tow dispatch who said: wait another 45 min. Patrick's team got me rolling before 4:45 AND I supported local business. Everyone's a winner! Call Patrick to get your car fixed up and in order -he delivers! THANK YOU

Patrick was Friendly and knowledgeable. The female office receptiionist was also friendly and efficient and business was taking care. Patrick called us to notify us of problem. Problem was resolved, but We wished HB Auto would offer senior, AAA some type of discount, we put out a lot of money. As of now almost 2 weeks later we are happy with the work done.
