Reuben said he felt the staff was honest and responsive. He said he felt a sense of comfort. After the repair, they followed up to see if the repair was satisfactory. He promotes the business. Lisa, an employee there is a good person to know. She is good at organizing. He likes that they are proud of the facility. It is organized and clean. He doesn't see clutter or disorganization, and that matters in a facility such as this. The owner is very pleasant and conscientious. He has pride in the facility and the people he employs.

To me trust is the most important thing when bringing my car to be repaired. Since I don't know anything about cars I rely completely on my mechanics to keep my car maintained and do any repairs that come up. I've always had a great experience here and recommend all my family and friends to see Bob and Adrian when it comes to any auto repairs.

Lisa and Patrick are tops for professionalism and affability. The availability of a loaner vehicle (without a typical 12-15 page set of forms to complete) was surprising and definitely a major step up as regards customer service. Replacement of rear brakes and rotors was completed in a very reasonable time frame, and there was a noticeable improvement in braking when I drove the car. I do have one question. Within 24 hours of completing the work, I received an email from H Heaven with recommendations for service work that included the brake work that had just been completed. That email included the following: Dear GARY, During your last visit to H Heaven Auto Repair, we recommended repairs or services be performed on your 2013 SUBARU Outback. According to our records, these repairs or services have not yet been completed. I have to say, I am totally happy with the service I received from HB Auto. I have been there a few times for different reasons. I do recommend them to friends and family. And I will be going there from now on. Service or repairs.. they are good. Thanks Guys.
