Great service

Can I give these guys 6 stars?! Words can NOT describe the level of CUSTOMER service these guys provide!! HONEST mechanics are hard to find- and you found em here!! Lisa came out and gave a super warm welcome and welcomed the kids in the waiting area with cold Capri Sun and candy for them and a cold Coke for me! Patrick even came in and did the "Hot Dog" Mickey Mouse dance with the kids. It was honestly service you don't even experience at Disneyland. Their work: we needed our A/C worked on and they talked us thru everything they were going to do BEFORE they did it. They didn't even begin work until we they checked to see if our car warranty would cover the work for free. Our warranty ended up NOT covering their work, but them even checking for us, was just a sample of the extra mile they go for their customers. While they fixed the A/C, they even saw there were a bolt or two missing on our engine and fender and put those in free of charge. The work was for my wife's mini van and it was going to take all day, so they came by and dropped off a loaner car at our house for my wife to use for the day......what mechanic shop has a loaner car?!?! When the van was fixed, we drove the loaner car back and picked up our van. It was simply amazing. Now our van is like an igloo with the A/C working like a champ!! I will recommend these guys to my family, friends, neighbors, strangers, and everyone I can for ALL auto work on any vehicle. They are far and away the greatest!! Best customer service award for sure

I love how HB Auto and AC remember my name and they are fair with their prices and work. I had a loose shift lever on my column and I dropped it off for them to take a look. They gave me a ride home and came to pick me up when they were done. They did not charge me for the work. A couple of loose screws that AAMCO could not figure out in two days while my truck was in their shop! Last year they replaced my heater core and did an awesome job. Today I asked if they could check out my tail lights and they did. No problems. They made time for me. I am happy to find a shop I can trust. So many auto shops will make you believe there is more wrong that what is really the case so they can take your money. Not the case with HB Auto and AC!

Excellent service and very kind staff. In this day and age, finding an honest mechanic can be next to impossible. But I know enough about cars to tell that HB Auto & A/C is as honest and fair as they come. Patrick went far and above what he needed to do to both explain and to resolve my problem. Even the owner, Chris stepped in for the assist and walked me through the repair to my A/C compressor as I was allowed to watch. Lisa was very gracious and took the time to chat while I waited, even though the shop was very busy. I could tell that Chris and Patrick run a business with happy employees which translates into a very pleasant atmosphere for customers. It was my first time there, but I noticed that all customers were treated as though they were part of a family.
