Kristene said the employees were very good. She also said she liked that the facility had loaner vehicles for people who do not have another vehicle while they are working on it.

My AC wasn't working properly and they did the checkup and replaced some stuff. But then the air still wasn't blowing as cold, took it in, and at the end of the day they finally figured out the issue. They advised me that the AC is working perfectly but a part inside was registering the wring temp, I was told I could replace the part or just leave it since it still worked. I was very satisfied with all the information and honesty I received from Joshand Lisa.

Dropped off my car, within minutes they were taking me to my house and said they would come pick me up when it was done too. Very nice people and clear results! Thank you!

Love the work that Lisa, Josh and the guys do. Every time I get an oil change I ask them to check for any up coming maintenance issues so I’m prepared for the extra expense that will come with the next oil change. They always do a thorough job.

I went in with what I thought was a major electrical problem but, after a short 5 minute diagnostic by the skilled hands of John, it was a minor relay. They ordered the relay and I was back on the road the same afternoon. No, “well, we have to hook it up to a machine and run some tests”. No 3 hours dealer minimum, just a straight, honest full service auto shop. Like I said, honest is hard to find these days. See you soon for a couple of your recommendations.

The employees are nice and friendly and they seem to really know what they're talking about. I would give 5 stars, but the estimate they gave me was way below what it ended up costing in the end.
