Karen said the staff were very friendly when she got there and very helpful. She said there were a few glitches but they kept her updated and they were just great. The staff were very friendly from the front desk gal to the technician that actually worked on her vehicle. The facility explained things, and although she had to cancel a few times, they were accepting of that and helped her reschedule.

HB Auto & AC has become our go to place for automotive service. They are great. Responsive and knowledgeable about our vehicles and straight up and honest about repairs.

There is several repair shops around my area. I have never had the 5 Star treatment or customer service I get from HB Auto and AC. If you want it done right the first time then I will tell you this is the place. If I could give the crew 10 Stars I would!!!!

There was an issue with a part form a previous service visit. They took in my truck right away and had the part replaced fast. Makes for an easy decision to keep coming back to them.
