Excellent customer service. I have brought my car here for almost 2 years. They always explain what I need to have done. I had them fix my AC and an oil leak. Had my oli changed. They brought me home when I needed to leave my car for the day, and even offered to pick me up if I needed a ride when it was done. Every one is very friendly and makes me feel that that they care about their customers. My key clicker case had broken being over 14 years old so I wasn’t able to attach it to my key ring anymore Josh told me I could get a new case on Amazon and it would be easy to switch out. He said if I needed help to do that to bring it in and he would do it for me! I got the case on Amazon for $7.95 and I couldn’t figure out how to do it....I took it in and he fixed it for me!!!3 That’s really an example of great customer service! Thank you!!!

I typically work on my own cars and am pretty picky so I'm always cautious when going to a new (new to me) shop for service. I had 2 cars serviced (both AC recharged) by HB Auto & AC and I'm 100% pleased with their work. Lisa is a pleasure to work with as she's friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point. The team in back are real "car guys" and are knowledgable and passionate about the cars they are working on. Great team and I'd wholeheartedly recommend them for your auto AC needs.

Thanks Patrick, Chris and Lisa for the quick on the spot response in replacing the headlamp bulb while I waited. Great job! Thanks also to Josh for being late and bringing in the food and coffee for his co-workers.

Lisa and Josh are very pleasant to deal with. I already knew what was wrong with my A/C system. They diagnosed it exactly as I thought they would and gave me a very fair estimate to do the repair. The repair was finished before I expected and the system worked like new. I had this diagnosed at a different repair shop and was quoted over $300 more to do the same repair with the same parts. I would trust HB Auto and AC to do any repair to my cars. You need a good lawyer and a good mechanic. Now I just need a good lawyer.
