I work at a car dealership, but bought an 09 SMART in March and spoke to Kevin about the car and got estimates on 'future' repairs. When the time for scheduled service came around, I took the SMART to them and was NOT disappointed. They were upfront and courteous. They did the work needed in a timely fashion and the charges were very fair, with no extras. AND then, a complimentary loaner was available, and much appreciated. YES, give them a shot, you should be very satisfied, I AM!!!
