Kevin, John and Chris deliver 5 Star service. I was very stressed out because my car was loosing coolant and I could not find the source of the leak. I found HB Auto & AC on the net and spoke to Kevin who was just wonderful. He listened carefully as I described the problems I was having with my car and he invited me to bring the car in and said they would check it for free. Many places will charge you just to look at your car but HB Auto & AC did not. When I arrived, John and Kevin quickly pinpointed the source of the leak as a faulty hose and a new hose was ordered. It was late in the afternoon and since the part had to be ordered, I left the car there overnight. Ordinarily, they would have provided me with a loaner car but the last of their loaners had already been reserved so Chris the owner kindly gave me a ride home and when my car was ready the next day, he picked me up so that I wouldn't have to take the bus. The whole experience was 5 Star!
We're late here but thank you so much for the positive review. We are working hard to have enough loaner cars to accommodate everyone in Huntington Beach with needed auto repair but we will gladly shuttle you as needed.
