I brought my ‘99 4Runner in for service about my steering wheel shaking. HB Auto customer service is absolutely top notch. Great staff, very friendly, patient, understanding, considerate, and genuinely concerned about the issue you’re coming in for. When I picked up my vehicle I was notified that my issues was resolved, unfortunately it was not. Overall a wonderful experience, just a bit disappointing we weren’t able to come to closure on fixing the problem.

I’m so happy I found HB Auto and AC! The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Having a loaner car available made it easy for me to continue my errands while my car was being serviced. It’s running better than ever.😀

Best service ever! I totally feel confident in their work. I recently had a ton of work done on my 07 Tacoma including lower suspension work. Was able to run through the desert without any issues. They’ve also worked on our Mini Cooper. Super nice and upfront on everything so there’s no surprises. I highly recommend HB Auto Repair! Jay H.
