I have had my vehicles serviced at dealerships, however I must say what a waste of Money there. If you are looking to have preventive maintenance or major job, take my word and check out HB Auto repair. These guys are upfront and reasonable. John is a great guy he answered my questions and did an Excellent job on my Hummer H1. Greg n Mark are awesome and very friendly n accommodating. I did my research so you don't have to. Go see these guys. 10 Star. Please be advised they did not ask me to write a review.

About a month ago my car completely broke down on my way to work. I was concerned about coordinating repairs, the tow and a rental car but HB Auto & AC made it easy! Not only did they handle the tow but they dropped off a complimentary rental car so I didn’t even need to leave work. The repair videos and quote were sent via text so it made everything very convenient. The repairs were done in just a day and a half and you could tell they really took their time to clean up my car that had exploded fluids everywhere. My car was running great when I left! I am a college student that just recently moved across the country so this was a huge financial blow. But they also were accommodating in that sense too and worked with me. Fast forward to yesterday... My car broke down again (something unrelated to first repair) after the shop had closed. I decided to try calling, they happened to answer, towed me to the shop and got me a rental car. Just amazing service. Thanks Chris and everyone.

I'm sorry about the Mazda protege but whatever you replace it with we would be glad to work on it anytime you would like and will still come and pick it up and drop off a loaner. Best ever experience with car repair. I was referred by AAA. Best suggestion ever. Kevin answered the phone and understood my concerns. I took my car in the next day and he and the others on staff were very quick to assess the situation and find a good solution. I felt that both my car and I were being cared for. Ill be back and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks guys!

I brought my ‘99 4Runner in for service about my steering wheel shaking. HB Auto customer service is absolutely top notch. Great staff, very friendly, patient, understanding, considerate, and genuinely concerned about the issue you’re coming in for. When I picked up my vehicle I was notified that my issues was resolved, unfortunately it was not. Overall a wonderful experience, just a bit disappointing we weren’t able to come to closure on fixing the problem.

I’m so happy I found HB Auto and AC! The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Having a loaner car available made it easy for me to continue my errands while my car was being serviced. It’s running better than ever.😀
