They're understaffed at the moment which caused a bit of a communication delay but ultimately I got my A/C fixed for a good price, plus an inspection that led to me replacing a leaky battery. Would definitely go here for AC repair again, possibly other repairs.

Very efficient; looked at my car right away. Keep it to diagnose and provided a free loan car. Had it done by the next day. Waiting area n bathsrooms very clean, even had snacks, drinks n coffee. 200.00 less than another recommended shop. Found my auto shop! 10 star service.

Great service, very timely and informative. Great inspection reports. Lisa and crew are great at what they do. They even washed my car afterwards and gave me a ride after I dropped off my car. 5 star all around

HB Auto & AC were more than professional and nearly ⅓ the price of another local automotive AC shop. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back to them in the future. Thanks guys keep up the good work and God bless

Great experience! We had an appointment scheduled but once we arrived, it wasn’t in the system. These amazing people didn’t hesitate to go ahead and book us that same day with the same time! Very fast service and Lisa at the front desk is amazing! She helped relay what was wrong with our vehicle and made sure we were taken care of! Will be returning for any future repairs!

Came into the shop stressed out when my car was overheating and was immediately greeted by the manager Lisa. She reassured me that i was in good hands and told me not to worry. Man oh man was she right . Within 10 minutes i was driving away in a complimentary loaner car 🚗 drinking a cold water bottle and wondering what time tomorrow id be hearing the results of diagnostic tests. About an hr later I received a text from the shop with a link that showed my cars inspection. As i was reviewing i got a call from lisa explaining to me what had happened with the car. She let ne know it was a cracked coolant reservoir and would have it done by the following morning. The price was more than fair considering how convenient she made the experience. Car repair is never fun but if you gotta do it make sure you call Lisa and her team at hb auto. You won’t regret it.

This is the 3rd time I have taken my car to HB Auto & AC to have work done on my A/C system. I've been very pleased with all the work they have done. The management is polite and cares about their customers. Most recently I dealt with Lisa, who manages the business, and I have to say, I am impressed with her attention to detail, making sure that I was satisfied customer. Very professional, yet personable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest & fair auto repair & service facility.
