My wonderful mechanic’s always make me feel so welcomed, they really care. No pressure, friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Omar was amazing he handle my situation and it was like we knew each other from years back. I knew a little about cars and that was cool. They gave me a loaner car hassle free no charge. This is what I call exceptional service because they care about my family making sure my vehicle is safe. They did my shocks and oil change. My GMC Yukon XL is 18 years old so I can’t complain. God is good and his direction to HB Auto was spot on. I have been coming here since i believe 2019. What a blessing! Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. 🙏🏽❤️💯

Very professional and quick service. Vince kept me informed of the repairs needed and gave me a estimate of cost and time needed to complete the repairs.! Both were very accurate.! I will be returning for scheduled and unscheduled repairs in the future.

Vince was an amazing help and bought replacement parts out of pocket for my ‘95 jeep I didn’t even know I needed to get fixed. He assured me everything would be good on set day, when set day came, everything ran smooth like butter, even better than expected. Very pleased. Reasonable pricing, would definitely recommend them to anybody needing a fair quote with top notch quality service ! Thank you Vince. Will be coming back soon some day !
